Specializing in anxiety, OCD, perinatal mental health, loss/grief neurodivergent-affirming, and LGBTQ+ support, we use a tailored approach to best help our clients' needs. We pull strongly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and trauma-informed approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), emphasizing valued-living, committed action toward desired change, healing childhood wounds, and embracing acceptance to help you cultivate flexibility and promote congruence with your life. We utilize exposure-based interventions for OCD while addressing underlying trauma and activating events through trauma-informed care.
